    Quality Management Systems

    ISO 9001:2015

    A quality management system that meets the ISO 9001 standard is a strategic instrument made available to organisations interested in standing out from the crowd, enabling them to offer their clients the best customer service experience.

    The ISO 9001 standard is based on a model of quality management designed around a set of processes (e.g. production, marketing, supply etc…) and is intended to gradually and regularly improve the performance and services provided by the company. The proper use of this instrument also ensures effective oversight of the company’s operations regarding its ability to meet specified targets, allowing it to take corrective measures where necessary.

    EuCI provides the inspection and certification for your Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, with a simple process that works in harmony with the pace and specific needs of the company in question.

    Environmental Management Systems

     ISO 1400:2015

    The Environmental Management Systems streamlines the company’s processes to meet environmental standards and improves its image in the eyes of all stakeholders.

    Food Safety Management

    ISO 22000:2018

    ISO 22000 is the fundamental standard for safety management systems in the agro-food sector. The ISO 22000 standard allows all companies involved in the food supply chain, directly or indirectly, to accurately identify the risks to which they are exposed and to manage them effectively. Preventing the occurrence of accidents along the entire supply chain and verifying the adequacy with respect to the regulations are two essential aspects for the protection of the brand. The ISO 22000 standard was designed to be compatible and harmonized with other international management systems standards, such as ISO 9001. It can therefore be integrated with existing management systems and processes. It can also be adopted by all operators in the food chain, not only directly involved in the food production process, but also indirectly involved (eg packaging manufacturers, cleaning and rodent control services, etc.).     ISO 27001:2013

    ISO 27001 provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, updating and improving an information security management system.
    Since information is an asset that adds value to the company, and most of the information is now stored on computer media, every organization must be able to guarantee the security of its data, in a context where risks to information technology caused by breaches of security systems are constantly increasing.     Management of prevention from corruption

    ISO 37001:2016

    UNI ISO 37001 provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, updating and improving a management system for the prevention from corruption. The EuCI certification of the related management system certifies the organization's commitment to prevent, trace and deal with corruption and to comply with the laws on prevention and fight against corruption and the voluntary commitments applicable to its business. This certification is increasingly requested by calls for tenders and watched with interest by the market, including that of the public administration (MePa). It is also a requirement for obtaining the Legality Rating issued by the AGCM (Market Competition Authority).

    Road traffic management

    39001:2018

    The ISO 39001 standard "Road Traffic Safety Management Systems" identifies a management standard for the reduction of road risk of any organization for organizations that interact with the traffic system in order to prevent any road accidents on which it can intervene.
    The EuCI certification of the related management system certifies the organization's commitment to road risk reduction demonstrate that the certified organization has an adequate management system to monitor the impacts on road risk deriving from its activities, and seeks systematically improvement.

    Business Continuity

    22301:2019

    The ISO 22301 standard specifies requirements to implement, maintain and improve a management system to protect against, reduce the likelihood of the occurrence of, prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptions when they arise.

    The EuCI certification of the related management system certifies that the organization implements action in order to be able to continue to deliver products and services at an acceptable predefined capacity during a disruption;

    Social Responsibility and Work Ethics

    Social Accountability

    EuCI certifies management systems for corporate social responsibility (CSR, Corporate Social Accountability, often referred to as certification of work ethics) by evaluating the following aspects such as: • respect for human rights, • respect for workers' rights, • protection against the exploitation of minors, • guarantees of safety and health in the workplace. The certification of corporate social responsibility, issued by EUCI in accordance with national and international legislation (ISO 26001, 8000 series standards, ILO guidelines, INAIL, etc.) certifies the intent of organizations for sustainable development in full compliance with principles of work ethics and going beyond mere compliance with labor laws, the will to effectively address various social issues in order to maintain and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace.
